Do you accept credit cards for payment?
 

    Yes. Refer to the Online Payment Tab. We do accept Automatic Bank Drafts. If you are interested in this form of payment, please contact our Customer Service Department at 258-2331.

Can we make payments over the telephone?

    Please refer to the Online Payment Tab.

How often do you send bills?

    We send bills twice a month on the 1st and the 15th. Your billing date depends on your address.

Are the meters read or do you estimate the readings?

    We actually have meter readers that read each meter. However, if we have inclement weather, we may have to estimate the reading (i.e. as in January, 2007) The good news ... this has only happened twice in the history of the association.

What are your office hours?

        Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
        Closed on most Federal Holidays
